Brilliant place for a walk. Beautiful scenery in the valley with lakes and hills all around. Quite a steep path down. Nice cafe at the entrance.

Lovely area to go for a walk. Three paths to follow at varying lengths. Dogs welcome but must be on lead. Cafe to have a drink before or after your walk. Parking available but not free.

Had a lovely walk today.
We took the blue path which took us roughly 90 mins.
Steep in places and walking back up took some effort but worth it.
Beautiful views, well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Stopped for a quick lunch stop beforehand at Tinkley gate cafe. Delicious freshly baked pizza, cheese scone, cream tea and victoria sponge cake. Good range of cold drinks and lovely pot of tea. Excellent service, Highly recommend 🌟🌟

Good walk for a couple of hours took 2.5 hours from coaley peak there and back.
Parked at coaley peak (free parking) and walked down.
Wish there was more seating by the lake
Would go again - nice to see some animals along the way

Pleasant way to spend a few hours, the park is lovely. Didn’t do the ‘challenging’ walk as described on the boards when you get there, but the easy and moderate levels were nice and not too steep at all.
Cafe seemed a little bit chaotic and in need of someone steering the ship, but the cale and coffee was lovely.

One of my favourite places in the stroud area to go for walk with the dog or with friends.
The trails take between 1.5 to 2.5 hours to do depending on which route you take and walking speed but you wont be able to deny the views here are amazing especially in autumn when the leaves are different shades of yellow and red.
The mansion itself is always good to visit if the tea rooms are open. Yes it is haunted and yes there are ghost tours for the place which i recommend.
The lakes are beautiful, there are normally some fisherman on them.
Overall the place is great if you fancy a small hike or you want to tire the kids/ dogs out.
In season tickets at car park are £3 for all day. An i believe the gates are open til 8pm

A good walk. Best if proper footware is worn. Make sure you take a drink with you don't get caught out. There is a cafe at the house don't know the opening times though. Had a good overflow carpark just about 300 meters extra to walk.

Such an amazing park for a walk. A walk for every kind of fitness and enthusiasm level. Also some exploring walks for the curious ones like me. :)
I did parts of the bigger trails and all of the little one. So much green and so quite it's bliss. Well apart from the people. The bigger tracks are quite for anyone who likes the peace and quite like me.
The mansion is also amazing! It was covid times so didn't see the inside but looked so cool from the outside.
The ponds are also cool and to see the ducks floating around is just awesome.
One thing to remember, no mobile reception. I liked this but something to keep in mind. Also all day parking £3 is just nothing.

Lovely place for walks. A lot of paths and beautiful area. You can spend hours here just wandering around. There is old house (which looks a bit like ghost house:) and adds to amazing climate of the place) and some lakes. Definitely worth a visit. We are coming here almost every week with our dog. Please mind that at some places dogs need to be kept on the lead as there are some sheep and cows around.
