Richard Parr + Associates have demonstrated a lack or morals for their employees in this particularly difficult time. They have refused to furlough one of their employees when it costs them nothing & would help the employee hugely financially with their mortgage/family responsibilities. This shows how little they consider their employees wellbeing.

This practice is a prime example of businesses choosing not to support a member of staff and their family in a time of crisis. Richard Parr + Associates have chosen not to furlough one of their staff simply because they could not be bothered to do so. At a time when we should be helping each other supporting the industry and the profession - they chose to turn a blind eye and allow a whole family to face unemployment when they had in their power a way for the government to properly support them. What does this say about the business and its directors?? Think twice before employing them.

RPA's work is beautiful and they have a super cool team. Looking forward to the release of their spectacular latest project.
